Traineeships
The Stork trainee program is an intensive 3-year program that consists of on the job experience. Our program combines responsible and important job assignments along with practical studies. The rotational assignments cut across different aspects of the Stork business providing you with broad and valuable experience towards a management position in a relatively short amount of time.
Delivering added value to our customer's places high demands on yourself. Consequently, we do not invite everyone to contribute to this process.
A good education is a promising start, but you also have to be able to live up to that education. For us, your personality is more important. Do you reflect our views on customer-orientation, synergy and team spirit, entrepreneurship and leadership?
Are you practical and results-oriented, and are you willing to invest in yourself? Lightening careers are rare. Every year approximately 5-10 trainees, with an academic or higher vocational background with a maximum of two years working experience, start in our general, financial, technical or human resources management trainee program within the Stork Technical Services Group.
