Stork AMS considers the personal growth of its employees important. Employees are motivated when they are challenged in their work. We are looking for people who want to grow, people who like ta have and take responsibilities. Education and (personal) development are therefore two important aspects of our staff policy. AMS considers itself to be jointly responsible for the development of its employees, and plays a facilitating role in enabling and achieving it. It does this for example by providing:
