Extension and turnaround of the Teijin Twaron Aramid Plant in Delfzijl. Increase of production from 13.000 to 17.000 tonnes / annum.

Life span:

Preparation and execution of the extension project in 2002-2003.

Size:

Total of 285.000 man hours for Stork and 170.000 man hours for the subcontractors.

Stork’s role in the project:

Construction partner in the alliance, responsible for the management of civil works, E&I, mechanical and piping works. Apart from that, extensive supply chain management and subcontracting.
Stork Industry Services also carried out the Teijin Twaron turnaround in 2005.
