Objectives

"It's all about achieving World Class Performance. Knowledge management is a tool that we can and must market worldwide. It's also essential to implement best practices and create inspiring learning environments, both internally and at our customers. That means we also have to invest time and energy in (internal) training and giving (guest) lectures. I'd like to make sure that maintenance as recognized more as a business-critical discipline, and gets higher priority in boardrooms and at technical colleges and universities. Our professionals will be even to provide higher added value if they possess more knowledge and skills."

Workflow management

The success of workflow management has been proven in practice. Based on the maintenance process, it describes the desired roles (and responsibilities) of the various types of maintenance (preventive, corrective and/or modifications). The role of the gatekeeper is especially important (who decides whether and when maintenance will be carried out).

Material management

Good management of materials and equipment is essential for efficient and effective maintenance of companies' assets. The aim is to ensure availability of the required materials and equipment at the lowest possible costs, to reduce Health, Environment, Safety & Quality risks and loss of production as far as possible.

Maintenance management

Customers benefit by clearly identifying the required maintenance (which materials, when and why). This requires a number of steps to be taken, such as defining the structure of the assets concerned, carrying out a criticality analysis and an FMECA, defining the maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance tasks and clustering these.
