Th.W.(Theo) Eysink is Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Management for Stork Technical Services, a $1.5 billion corporation offering maintenance management and overhaul services to the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Power industries.

In his position, Theo is responsible for directing all financial strategy, planning and forecasts for the company.

Theo joined Stork in July 2010. After enrolling as an officer in the Dutch Army, Theo Eysink started his career as accountant active in the auditing and business consulting practice.
Since 1995 Theo has fulfilled several Senior Financial Management positions amongst others for KLM Catering Services Schiphol BV, Spuigroep BV and Electrabel Nederland NV.
From 2006 until joining Stork, Theo worked for Bombardier Transportation GmbH as Vice President Finance for the division Services which is active in all after sales businesses of railway transportation in 45 countries.

Theo has an extensive experience in transformations of the Finance function, Governance & Compliance and Business enhancement projects. He has lead several restructuring programs with successful and sustainable operational and financial results.

Theo was born in 1966 in the Netherlands. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting. Theo is married and has two sons and one daughter.
