Assignments
Our Management Traineeship is individualized for your area of expertise and will take two years in which you will have different assignments every six months. You will experience the personal growth and learning that comes from an assignment in one of our companies or departments. During the course of the assignment, you will determine which discipline or department interests you, and which career opportunities you would like to pursue in your future.

Development Plan
Personal development is integral to your Traineeship experience. We help you determine your career ambitions and skills by offering training courses and opportunities to work with, and learn from, your colleagues and Stork managers. Once your career interests are determined, you will be assigned to a challenging project to fit your developmental needs.

Breadth and Depth of Knowledge
The goal of our Management Traineeship is to determine your career path while completely immersing you in the specialty of your choice, such as research and development, sales and marketing, finance, engineering, production and business economics or management. This allows you the breadth and depth of knowledge that will enrich your work experience while contributing to the company. And, if you wish to switch from an operational assignment to a strategic one, you can do it. It’s all possible at Stork.

Coach and Work Place Guide
Stork employees work hard to contribute to our company’s culture of thinking and doing on behalf of our customers. As a new employee, you may feel overwhelmed, but you will never be alone. As soon as you start with us, you will be assigned to a coach who will offer guidance and personal development support. Once you are in your assignment, a workplace guide—an experienced manager familiar with the “ins and outs” of your work environment—will help you set competencies and formulate your assignment results. Your workplace guide is your “walking encyclopedia” of all things Stork! Your guide will serve as your first point of contact and act as a sounding board for your assignment.
