The Stork Management Traineeship runs all year round. That means you can join at any time. Provided you’re selected, of course. You’ll find the steps you need to take below:

Step 1: Getting to know each other
If after reading your letter and CV we think you’re suitable and motivated enough to take part in the Management Traineeship, we’ll invite you to come and talk to us. That will allow us to get to know each other. You’ll get further information about Stork and the programme. And we’ll get an impression of you and your knowledge, skills, attitude, interests and motivation. This way we will find out together which of the options within the Stork Management Traineeship are the best choice for you, and in which of the Stork divisions you’ll be most at home. Because there are a lot of opportunities to choose from.

Step 2: Selection by the division
Once you’ve completed step 1 successfully, you’ll get to know the people in your division who will play an important role in your own program. In this phase we try to clearly identify your competences and development points, so that we can personalise the Traineeship for you.

Step 3: Assessment
The next step is the assessment, in which we check if you match the Stork leadership profile. This assessment usually takes a full day, after which you’ll hear immediately if you’re suitable for the Management Traineeship Program.

Step 4: Discussing the conditions of employment
After that, all that’s required is to discuss the conditions of employment. And of course the date on which you can start. We’ll then start looking for a suitable first project, and we’ll assign a coach who’s a good match for you.
